These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Outrun, a product operated by Aporay, an individually-operated business based in Jiangsu, China ("Aporay," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Outrun, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Outrun. You must sign in with a Google account.
Outrun is currently offered as a beta service. Access may be limited during beta testing or for security and abuse-prevention purposes, and we may change, suspend, expand, or restrict access to features — including who may sign in — at any time. We do not guarantee that any feature available today will remain available, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.
Outrun is a workspace that helps marketing teams working in the Web3 space research campaign ideas, plan campaigns, generate marketing copy and banner images, and translate copy into other languages, using third-party AI models. Outrun:
Every result Outrun produces is a draft for you to review before you use it anywhere. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and deciding whether to publish or act on anything Outrun generates, including its accuracy, legality, and compliance with any platform's own rules (including the rules of the AI models and services listed in Section 7). Because this output is generated by AI models, it may not be unique to you — the same or similar input, including from other users, can produce similar or identical output. We do not guarantee that any output is exclusive to you.
Your account is identified by the Google email address you sign in with — Outrun has no separate username or password. Keep control of that Google account secure; anyone who can sign into it can access your Outrun account, campaign history, brand settings, and credit balance.
By using Outrun, you authorize us, and the service providers listed in Section 7, to process the prompts, brand materials, images, and other files you provide or upload, to the extent necessary to provide the Service to you.
Each generation (a campaign kit, a banner, a translation, and similar actions) spends credits from your account's balance. Credits have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash or withdrawn from your account, are not transferable to another account or person, and do not expire once granted. Paid plans and one-time credit top-ups are billed through Dodo Payments, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. This means Dodo Payments, not Outrun, is the seller of record for these purchases, handles payment processing, and is responsible for calculating and remitting any sales tax, VAT, or similar tax due on your purchase. Your purchase is also subject to Dodo Payments' Buyer Terms. Current plans, prices, and credit amounts are published on our Pricing page and may change; a change in price does not apply to a billing period you already paid for. Prices are listed in US dollars; at checkout the price may be shown in your local currency, and the amount you pay is the one shown there before you confirm. We may correct your credit balance to fix an error, address suspected fraud or abuse, or reverse credits granted as the result of a technical fault — for example, if a payment failed after credits were already granted, or if a system error double-granted credits for one purchase.
You can move between paid plans from the Pricing page. A plan change takes effect at your next billing date: you keep your current plan until then, nothing is charged when you request it, the new plan's price applies from the date shown in the confirmation, and the change is not prorated. Credits already granted stay in your balance and are not removed or refunded. You can cancel a scheduled change before it takes effect.
Using Outrun means the following third parties process data on our behalf, as described further in our Privacy Policy:
We choose these providers and are responsible for how we use Outrun on top of them, but we do not control their infrastructure or their own independent failures.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account's subscription management page (hosted by Dodo Payments). Cancelling stops future renewal only — it takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access and your plan's credits through the end of that period. Dodo Payments' Buyer Terms ask that you cancel at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period, so cancel before then to make sure the next renewal is not charged. See our Refund Policy for what cancelling does and does not refund, and for rights you have regardless of this section under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates this section.
As between you and us, you own the marketing copy, images, and other output Outrun generates for you, subject to Section 3 and Section 7 above (you are responsible for confirming you have the right to use it, and the underlying AI models' own output may carry their own usage terms). We own Outrun itself — the software, the product, and our own brand — and nothing in these Terms transfers that to you.
You can permanently delete your account and its data yourself, at any time, from your account settings. Deleting your account is irreversible and:
Dodo Payments keeps its own transaction, billing, and tax records as the Merchant of Record, independent of anything we delete on our side.
Outrun is provided "as is." AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose, and we do not guarantee its accuracy or that it is free of errors. We do not warrant that Outrun will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Outrun is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, or any mandatory right you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where required by law, notify you. Continuing to use Outrun after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and any dispute will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Jiangsu Province, China, without mandatory arbitration. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of the customer's country of residence.
Our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these Terms. Your purchase is also subject to Dodo Payments' Buyer Terms.
